Dear Eric:
It was evident, especially to my wife, that a soft water system was overdue. We endured the extremely hard water of Atascadero for several years before deciding to act.
I was admittedly skeptical about another sales pitch after sitting through several presentations in the past which were not convincing enough to cause us to purchase a system. Eric was different. He performed half a dozen demonstrations which so clearly showed the advantages of soft water. There really was no question we would purchase a system. No amount of talking would have been as telling as seeing the difference soft water made with suds, chlorine content, and overall water quality over city water. I watched Eric closely and learned some interesting facts about soft and hard water. When he put away the test tubes I had to agree that for the health of our house and especially our family we would be switching back to soft water.
Our equipment was installed in a timely, professional manner within days. We were quite anxious to begin feeling the difference of soft water and were not disappointed. Additionally, we will reap the benefits of our system with every load that passes through the washing machine. With less soap and water required we will amortize our investment over time while contributing less pollutants and heat to the environment.
Again, we recommend that Eric be given a chance to demonstrate his system and products to those in the market for higher quality water. He believes in the value of his system and products and I feel comfortable with the warranty and service promised by his reputable company.

We have had the Hague water purification and reverse osmosis systems operating in our home for the past month and a half, and we are completely satisfied with their performance. Not only is the sulfur smell gone from our water, but there are also no difficult water spots to remove from dishes, faucets, or showers. Furthermore, we are now totally at ease about the purity of our drinking water. An added bonus is the four- year supply of Hague soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent that we received gratis. That in itself is a major cost savings for us.

We are very pleased with our whole house water system. Your company has helped improve my families' quality of life by giving us a water supply that we are confident with. Getting rid of the chlorine and other organics, and then softening the water makes such difference in everything we use water for, we love it!
I was particularly happy to throw away the Brita filter pitcher and have as much drinking water from the RO system as I need. The taste and freshness can't be beat.
I also want to commend your installer for doing such a clean and professional job. He ran an extra line to the backyard so the automatic sprinkler system can use bypassed water. He gave us 2 faucets in both front and back, one with soft water and one without for the plants. The water and drain lines are well hidden and will enhance the resale value of my house.
I will highly recommend the Hague system to anyone interested in improving the quality of the most important thing that sustains our lives, water!

We are writing to express our thanks and pleasure with our new Water Max Filtration System.
When we moved to Los Osos in December 1999, we thought our water was hard. As the years passed, the water became extremely hard to the point of ruining our stainless steel flatware and also our drinking glasses. Our new sinks lost their finish from the constant use of harsh cleansers; yes, constant use of Comet ruined them. We purchased a new set of stainless steel flatware and a couple of sets of drinking glasses. Thinking this problem was our dishwasher we called the Maytag Company with our complaints. After several calls to them, they and our local dealer decided to give us a new dishwasher, but we still had the problem. The local dealer told us to use Glisten, (a powder) once a month. Glisten helped some, but the rest of the house still had the awful hard water; the taste was awful.
We heard of Hague Quality Water from a friend. We contacted Eric and he came to our home and tested the water and showed us how the Reverse Osmosis works; we were sold! It was like a miracle! There was no doubt; we wanted this system with the wonderful clear good tasting drinking water.
Paul was wonderful! He was professional and very knowledgeable in explaining our new system. The attention to detail and the care he took in the installation of the R/0 System was impressive. The project was a pleasant experience.
We are very happy with the cleaning and soap products that came with the system. How wonderful it is to not include laundry soap and cleansers on my grocery list. Our clothes are cleaner and brighter, showers, sinks, counter tops clean and sparkle; tea and coffee are delicious—I love my R/0 System! We are delighted with our Hague Quality Water System. Not only do we feel better just knowing that our water is clean and healthy, we also have noticed since the Water System has been installed and our icemaker hooked up to it, that the swelling in our ankles has disappeared. We have soft water and even though we were buying our drinking water from the grocery store, we were using ice cubes that were made with soft water. Our conclusion is that the salt in the ice cubes was causing our ankles to swell.

Dear Eric,
I had been looking into purchasing a water softener for a while when I spotted the little Hague sign on the corner of one of your previous customer's property. At the time, I did not know anything about Hague. When I called your office and you offered to come test our water and discuss you treatment system for free. Being ever leery of salesmen I was ready for a big sales pitch and distorted facts. I was very surprised by the lack of the big sales pitch and no pressure. I appreciate all the information you gave us and the time you spent explaining the package to us.
I was very surprised to find out that the Hague Water Max removed the chlorine in addition to softening the water. To think your system did everything the other water softening system did and more. The right choice was a no brainer. We have been in our house for 3 years and in that time the hard water has ruined all of our glassware and a new dishwasher. Now that we have your water system, the glassware always comes out sparkling, and with so little detergent, too. I am still amazed at how long it now takes to go through a little bar of bath soap. I even get a much better lather.
My wife's big test was to compare the taste of the water from our old RO unit to the new RO unit. Was she ever impressed! Recently, we went over to a friends' house and she had a glass of water. She had always wanted our water to taste as good as that of our friends. She told me after we got home that their water did not taste as good as ours now. She did not realize how spoiled she had become over the last month.
I would like to say how great it was to have Paul install the water system. He was friendly, informative, and did an outstanding job! Everything he worked on was done professionally and looked neat and clean. He was more than happy to work around some of our plumbing problems. He even left extra stubs on the pipes to make it easier some plumbing I will do later.

I want to take this opportunity to relate some of the benefits we've noticed after purchasing the Hague water treatment system from you. Both Barbara and I have noticed the differences in the water that we drink as well as the water that we shower with.
We noticed right away that we're using less soap to get the lather we want. That coupled with the "silkie" feel that Barb likes so well make the system a two-time winner.
Less noticeable but no less important is the fact that it now takes less soap to get the jobs done. Even though it isn't so noticeable, we did get proof that everything works better with clean water. Barb accidentally put some hand dish soap in the dish washer and we got dramatic pi oaf that soft water really lathers up well!
Prior to getting the Hague system we had stopped using our dishwasher because the glasses were coming out so filmy that they still looked dirty. Now the glasses are sparkling and we use the dishwasher regularly again and without any clean rinse additives.

I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how much I have enjoyed having The Hague Watermax System. The benefits are obvious immediately. Most importantly for me is that I use a minimum of hand and body lotion now. I used to go through an eight ounce jar of lotion at least once a week. I also had special medicated creams which I had to use to alleviate my itchy and extremely dry skin. Now, should I have to, I can even go without body lotion after I shower. That would have never happened previously.
I can also wash my hands or dishes now, without running immediately for the hand lotion.
Oddly, I did not invest in this system for the benefits I have just mentioned. I was simply tired of fighting the mineral deposits on my new kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. They were all being ruined.
And of course I could not drink the city water. Now I can drink from the tap, enjoy the taste and know that it is not full of harmful particles. Not having to drag bottled water into the house is such a big plus.
Lastly the service has been perfect. I have had questions and some concerns, all of which have been addressed quickly and courteously. A visit from a Hague representative is always a pleasure and each time I learn something more about how to work the system to best advantage.
In summary I feel that I made a good investment and would highly recommend the system to anyone who has experienced similar problems.

We originally signed up for the 30 day trial with Hague. After 1 week we were sold.
My husband and I have always been water drinkers (filtered or bottled) but have had a tough time getting our 3 kids to do so. I think that I drink at least twice as much and the kids don't complain now that we have an "RO" system.
Besides drinking great water, we also went with the soft water as well. My oldest has had eczema for 6 years and since we had the system installed, not one outbreak.
At first, we were concerned about the cost but now feel that it was worth every penny. We made a GREAT investment.

We are so pleased with our new water system!
When we bought our new home which had well water, we checked out a number of water treatment option at the San Luis Obispo Home Show. Our previous house had a
plain water softener that would cycle itself several times a week and was noisy at that. We were impressed with Hague's presentation and system at the home show and called them.
Our new Hague Water System is very quite; the system only took a couple of days to soften our water. We have noticed a difference in that the shower is much easier to clean, our clothes and dishes are cleaner; our skin is softer and not so dry. We are also very pleased with the reverse Osmosis for our drinking water (much healthier & tastier).

My wife and I purchased the Hague Water and Reverse Osmosis System in early March 2006. We were introduced to your system by Helene, who provided sensibly persuasive reasons to talk with Eric, who provided a credible demonstration of the 'state of our water,' and subsequently sold us the system. Eric's sales approach was straightforward and professional, no pressure, no snake oil; it just made sense. Eric's sale was promptly followed by a post-installation call to verify satisfaction. Paul installed the system. What a happy experience. Paul was very personable, informative and professional. He efficiently adapted the installation to our existing plumbing impediments, and left the final configuration adaptable to future plumbing needs exclusive of the Hague system. Paul is a class act. Three months after installation Helene called to make an appointment to measure and verify system efficiency. I'm writing this recommendation in advance of Helene's measurements and verification with full confidence that measurements will be objective, accurate, and positive. This position is based on our personal observations, measurements and experience of total satisfaction.
And that brings us to the system. We live in an area with very hard water. Because the water is ground source, a substantial amount of chlorine is added. The Hague Water system has reduced calcium and chlorides to the extent that showers are quicker and cleaner, skin feels better (no more flakes), hair is softer; crystal glasses and stainless steel pans survive the dishwasher; and clothes dry with a 70% reduction of lint in the filter. The jewel of the system, for us, is the RO subsystem. Steamed and boiled vegetables retain color and flavor, calcium rings are gone, and the water tastes so good. No more bottled water. Three months of experience and data is insufficient to do a credible cost- benefit/payback analysis of the total system, but I will say that just the elimination of bottled water pays back half the system cost in 10 years. Irrespective of cost payback, there's a quality of life issue that substantiates the system with comfort, taste, and health. Can't lose.

I wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you for coming into my family's home and showing us the benefits of the Hague water purification system. I had been looking at water softeners and reverse osmosis systems for over a year. I did research on the internet and also saw many different vendors at various home and garden shows. It was a very easy decision to choose the Hague system after seeing the difference it could make in my own home. Your quality of service and knowledge of the products was second to none.
Just in the short time that we have been using our Hague system, we have noticed a big difference. My family's skin is soft and smooth and is not dry. Our glassware and dishes are now cleaner than they have ever been. We use less soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, and dish washing soap. We also can tell a difference in our shower heads and faucets as they don't shoot water everywhere now. Also our R.O. system has the best tasting water and since my family drinks a lot of water, it is nice to have water that is enjoyable to drink.
Our house is just over 1.5 years old now. To see the damage that the hard water was doing to our home was hard to witness. I knew that we had hard water in the Templeton area, but after seeing the results of the tests that you performed, it was unbelievable how hard it really was. I now have one less thing to worry about knowing that our home's pipes, fixtures and appliances will no longer be subject to an early death.
I would also like to thank you for the quality and craftsmanship that was done on the installation of the water system. Within a few short hours, the technician had the entire system including the R.O. installed and functioning as expected. It was unbelievable. I wanted to let you know that after the last few months with our new Hague soft water system and reverse osmosis, we have seen some valued results. Were I see the best change is in the lack of water spots and build up on the faucets and shower heads. They stay shiny for a very long time. Another good change is the quality of drinking water. When I would serve guests a glass of ice water, I would be embarrassed at the floaters left behind in the water glass from the ice. There are no more floaters in the ice. I know that in the time to come we will notice more and more result in the quality of our system.

Dear Prospective Hague Water System Buyers:
Other than the fact that Juliana and I were occasionally frustrated with scale build-up on our shower and coffee maker, we had little motivation for purchasing a water softening system or a reverse osmosis filter. In fact, we had removed an old stand-alone system from one of our previous Fresno homes and had also removed the unsightly outdoor piping to connect rental cylinders on our current Morro Bay home. The Hague display at the 2006 Morro Bay Harbor Festival caught our attention and we proceeded to engage salesman Dan in a lengthy debate about the costs/benefits of Hague vs. competitors vs. no system. Dan's home visit answered all our questions/objections. Further, we found Hague's installer to be thoroughly professional, helpful, and informative. He accommodated our desire to install the softening system in the basement and isolated from the landscape valves, which resolved the problems we had with the previous outdoor rental tank installation mentioned above.
Now that we have used the system for two months we specifically notice:
Shower cleanup is much more effective and certainly easier
Softer skin and Juliana finds less need to put lotion on her back
Hair that shines and stays less 'frizzy' after a shampoo
Suds quickly form and stay longer in the shower and dish sink
Cleaner dishes and spot-free glasses from the dishwasher
Softer, and perhaps even brighter, clothes from the laundry
Coffee maker and teakettle scale is no longer a problem
Water actually does not have any off-taste

We are pleased.
We have noticed changes in the shower, the dishwasher, and the laundry. In the shower we have soft moist skin and no hard water buildup on the tile. In the dishwasher the glasses are clear and no longer cloudy. We were noticing calcium build up on our brand new dish that was very discouraging. It has completely disappeared. And finally the laundry is light and fluffy again.

When we purchased our new home in Atascadero, we fully expected to be installing a Culligan water softener as soon as finances allowed. The mineral content of the city's water supply is horrendous, and we had no intention of drinking it. We had always had Culligan in our old home, and Brita pitchers, and AquaFina and Crystal Geyser for the flavor; we were used to it, and we didn't anticipate changing.
Your representative, Dan, faced an uphill battle selling anything to us. While we are certainly not tightfisted, we aren't impressed by slick presentations, and we understand a little of the chemistry of our drinking water; so we weren't likely to be swayed by promises when we were already happy with our existing product choices. Frankly, we were only sitting through the 20- to 30-minute pitch because of the free water testing he offered.
But Dan didn't do a slick presentation. He was well-informed, well-equipped and personable. He answered our questions about his product line, the companies and people that back it, the economics of better water, and much more. We kept him here for four hours, and we were in no hurry for him to leave. The Hague Water System sold itself.
It has been three months, and we have yet to regret the purchase for a moment. My showers feel better, our dishes and clothes are cleaner, and my bride has given up her beloved AquaFina without looking back. I am floored.
There is a sign outside our fence which lets the neighbors and passers-by know that "We went beyond softening" with a Hague Water System. That sign will be there for a 1-o-n-g time. We couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Our Hague Water System has made out dishes sparkle & our clothes come out much cleaner without using extra soap and other additives.
Unlike other Reverse Osmosis Systems we have tried which make the water taste acidic, our water tastes sweet and "normal" like water should taste. Our ice cubes are even perfectly clear. We find we are consuming more water daily for better health.

We had only lived in San Luis Obispo for several months when we noticed that whenever the lawn sprinklers happened to sprinkle a car in the driveway, there would be a whitish, finely granular deposit left from each drop — which would NOT come off!
At times one could see fine — whitish material in the water. Inside the home, the same deposits as those seen on the cars were noticed on the sink, fixtures, and counter tops. Rings of deposit could even be seen in the glasses. We KNEW something had to be done.
We had briefly heard about Hague Water Treatment Systems, and then one of the prominent kitchen appliance stores in San Luis Obispo (Appliance Central) strongly recommended it. Based on that, we asked a Hague rep. to come out and tell us more.
The representative (Dan) presented definite, logical reasons to have the water treated. Although we usually always shop around to compare all systems on the market, we decided to take advantage of the pricing discounts and ordered the Hague system on the spot, primarily based on the strong recommendation of the appliance store. PLUS...the representative had a testimonial letter from a local dentist who had held of on the initial purchase in order to compare everything, he and his wife decided on a Hague System. We have subsequently found that another prominent local kitchen appliance store recommends Hague (M.B. Appl.), making two stores total.
Hague has been very cooperative in accommodating all of our wishes, including the relocation of a soft water faucet in our garage, for the washing of cars.
Since purchasing the Hague system over 6 weeks ago, we have noticed a marked difference in our water. There are no longer spots on the mirrors and dishes that cannot be wiped off. No more rings in glasses, we use considerably less soap, and notice a significant improvement in the skin of our hands.
In all, we strongly recommend the Hague Water Treatment System!

We really love our new Hague Water System. Before it was installed we had to immediately hand dry all our dishes and silverware because of the hard water residue. Even then our dishes were dingy and spotted. Since our system was installed last month, we just toss everything in the dishwasher and it comes out looking new.

When we moved to Los Osos, Ed, my husband knew how bad the water quality was. I didn't and merrily drank and cooked with the water! I began having problems with my gut but Ed used bottled water and wasn't having any problems.
When we went to the home show in Paso Robles, we met Carol at the Hague booth. Your system looked like a good idea to us because there are three filters in the tank versus other systems with only one. Then to top it off, there is the under sink filter with ultra violet light to purify the drinking water!

Since we've had The Hague Quality water system in our home our skin is softer and I don't have to use fabric softener on our clothes.
Before we got The Hague water system I wasn't able to drink the water we had. With this system it's so nice to go to the faucet and get water and know it's going to be good.
I did an experiment with regular water and Hague water. I boiled the regular water for ten minutes, took it off the stove and let it sit for a while. When I poured the regular water out you could see the white rings from calcium. I did the same experiment with Hague water. When I poured that water out the pan was clear_
I've noticed my shower doors don't have those terrible water spots anymore. I also use the water in my fish tank. This water should help our pipes and water heater.

We have noticed a great difference in our water since it was installed. When we take a shower, it still feels like you have not rinsed the soap off as there is such a slick feeling to the skin. My wife used the rough side of the sponge to rub it off. Since we have the system and reverse osmosis system there is no longer a film. It's been two weeks now, since our Hague system was installed. First, I must admit that I had some initial doubts as to how well I would really like the "new" water. I know you asked me to give it 3 weeks before forming any opinions, but I feel I have already adjusted.
Here are the most negative things that I can possibly think of:
The bubbles don't last quite as long as before in a bubble bath (I have one son who takes very long baths — lots playing going on).
The ice cubes melt a little faster than before.
No one else in the family noticed those differences, but I was really looking for differences! I am pretty much impressed with the whole thing. The above changes are very minor and I don't even notice them any more. You were absolutely correct about everything.
The installation was fast and very efficient! Those are two great guys you have there! They took the time to stop by a few days in advance and asked if they could check out the place where the equipment would be installed, to insure they would have everything they needed with them on the actual day of installation. Nice planning! They were friendly, polite, efficient, and neat! I'd give them a five star rating!
Our showers and baths are very nice. The water is soft — not slimy as I imagined it would be. Everything rinses away deanly, and our skin does really feel softer (don't you hate being right all the time?). The drinking water tastes great, too! I really cannot tell the difference between my old favorite bottled water (Sparkletts). The ice cubes smell fresh and are crystal dear. My husband has gone back to putting ice in his beverages instead of just drinking everything at room temperature.
Cleaning is nicer too. There is no white residue around the faucets or sinks — everything wipes away cleanly! We are using less soap in the dish washer and washing machine (just as you said) and everything comes out dean, clean, clean!
All in all, we are happy with the product. You were absolutely correct about everything. Our bedroom is directly over the garage where the equipment was installed. The first two times the system emptied and refilled itself, I woke up wondering what the heck was going (sounded like someone had water running somewhere in the house). I am the only one who ever heard it — I am a light sleeper, but have now adjusted and have no complaints at all. You have a fine product and we are very happy with it!

We live in a area with a reputation for extremely hard water and already had one house using water from the same well as our new house so we were familiar with water softening systems and fully expected to have to install
one right away when our new house was complete.
We have a conventional water softener on our older house that certainly improves the water from what comes straight out of the well, but we found that the system drastically reduced water flow to the house. The system would basically support the demands from one fixture (shower, sink, washer, ...) but turning on another faucet caused a major drop in water pressure.
The Hague system provides significantly better water pressure and volume than our other water softener. We no longer have to be careful about water use when someone is in the shower.
We've also noticed greatly reduced salt usage. I've already added two bags of salt to the older water softener in a house with only one person using the water. In the same period, we are just now down to the point where it looks like I will soon have room to add one bag of salt to the Hague system.
No more stains/water spots. Dishes, fixtures and cars don't show any buildup. I noticed that our dishwasher was out of drying agent (jet dry) the other day only because I was replacing a loose cap. Without the our water softener, I would typically notice because the dishes would have significantly more spots. Fixtures stay much cleaner with just an occasional wipe with a cloth. No more scrubbing or chemicals to remove water spots on every faucet or sink. When washing the cars, we no longer have to rush to remove every water drop before they dry to prevent that mottled look.
No more bottled water. With the RO system included with our installation, we are no longer using bottled water. Our icemaker, also hooked into the RO line, produces clear and tasty ice that never leaves any of the floating
crud in our drinks that we experienced with unsoftened water.
Other comments I've heard include: Softer, smoother skin after showers. Less soap use for laundry and dishes. Clothes feel softer.
The only problem I've noticed is that our tubs and showers stay so clean now that we've had to put non-skid pads down to reduce slipping. With hard
water, we would quickly build up a non-skid coating, even after cleaning. Perhaps your installation package should start including non-skid stickers for tubs and showers along with the soap.

I had previously rented equipment from a well-known company at my last residence. After moving, I contacted the company and told them that I wanted to transfer the service to my new residence. She then told me to go to the Home Show at Earl Warren on the following weekend to sign up for new service. It wasn't ideal for me because I didn't really have the time to go to the show but she had mentioned that there would be a promotion if I signed up then; so I went to the Home Show. Before I found the booth of this particular company, I found Shannon with Hague Quality Water and fortunately for me I now have the best water softener that exists!
Shannon intrigued me with her knowledge about Hague's equipment versus the competitors. I had no idea that there was such a difference in what the various companies provide. When she came to our house to determine what would best suit our needs, my husband and mother-in-law were skeptical at first that we needed anything more than we had before. But we all learned that Hague offered a superior product and agreed it was right for us.
The installation was made simple and pleasant by Paul who went above and beyond. He offered to move stuff around in our garage to allow room for the equipment and still keep our garage sink (which we thought we'd have to move out to make room). He had several choices for the reverse osmosis hardware which resulted in a perfect match with our existing faucet hardware.

I am writing this letter to thank you for such a great product and great service. I was very impressed with your demonstration but did not need to see what you showed us because of having used the Hague System for many years in the Central Valley. It was impressive and expected when we found out how bad our local water really is. We have been buying bottled water since moving here, and never liked the taste of the local water. Only this time we elected to get the best system that Hague has, as we only had the water softener at the previous house.
I was very pleased with Paul Lucas and how he installed your system. I do not know how it could have been done in a more professional manner. Without saying a word, he also installed a new regulator, and faucets even though he could have used the older ones already there. He was very sharp and a craftsman and had much pride in his work. We felt he did above what he needed to do to give us the best possible system. He was very capable and efficient and very quick to do the installation.
We also had a question about the water pressure to the refrigerator, which also meant that we got to meet Mel, who does the normal servicing. He came to our house within a few days of our call of concern. It turns out there was plenty of pressure to the refrigerator, and that it was the fault of the refrigerator, and not the Hague system.
My wife and I noticed the difference in the taste as soon as the unit was installed. However, interestingly, our cat did also. We have raised her on the Hague water in Madera, but discovered that since coming to Los Osos, she would not drink the water in this house until we got the Hague System working. Our cat would only drink bottled water before installing our Hague System. Now that our system is installed, she no longer requires bottled water.
It is comforting to know our water is not only soft, but also the best possible water in our area. We now drink a lot of water, and no longer buy bottled water. It is nice to go to the RO and have double filtered water and also know that the bacteria are killed with the UV light system too.
Thank you for a superior product we will enjoy for years. We strongly feel that the system will eventually pay for itself in our better health because of excellent water. It may take this area quite a few years to get the water problems solved, but we have the good feeling of not having to be concerned about our water in the meantime. Even when the water problems are solved, we will still have the best tasting water possible as well as the best water possible. I just wanted to write and let you know how much. I like my new Water Max filtration system and the R/O drinking water system. The systems were installed about one month ago. From the beginning, the project has been a very pleasant experience. Your installer, Paul, was wonderful to work with and so willing to make customizations necessary to provide a filtered and non-filtered faucet in the front and back of the house and plumbing changes to bypass the automatic sprinkler system.
The things that I have noticed since the system was installed are softer clothing, less lint in the dryer screen, my skin is softer and I use less body and hand lotion.
The RIO system is so wonderful. I was using a carbon filter attached to the kitchen sink for drinking water for several years. As you demonstrated, this system did nothing more than remove the chorine taste from the water. The water from the RIO system tastes wonderful. I drink a lot of water so I really appreciate the sweet taste that water is supposed to have.
I also have a dog with severe skin allergies. I bathe her weekly in the bathtub with the filtered water and the soap rinses out much more easily, her coat is softer and I think her allergy symptoms have lessened. I also give her the drinking water from the R/O system. It may sound silly but I think she likes the taste much better too because she drinks more water than ever.
And lastly, I really like the cleaning and soap products that came with the system. I have used high quality, concentrated products like these for years. But the water system allows the products to work extremely well with a very small amount.
Again, thank you for your systems and products. It was a joy to do business with you. My family and I moved to San Luis Obispo when I was a child over 30 years and I only wish we had had an opportunity to see the value and use of a water filtration like yours sooner.

As a follow-up to our agreement, I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our Hauge system 1 month later. Since we have had water softeners in our homes the past 15 years, I really did not expect much change that what we were use to. I was pleasantly surprised to find my hair silkier after washing! All those years of frizzles!
I believe the other major difference is what we found in our laundry. As I had told you, Mark experiences rashes from most laundry detergents, and we found we could only use Arm & Hammer to prevent this problem. We cautiously tested the laundry soap provided by Hauge, and are pleased to tell you that not only has he had only 1 experience of irritation, but also the plus is that our clothes and towels appear to be much softer! I guess all that soap is finally washing out!

On February 7, 2001, we had the Hague Water and Reverse Osmosis System installed in our home. It has been a pleasure doing business with a company that produces a quality product and men who represent that company with honesty and integrity.
In the little over a month since we had the Hague Water System installed, we have been impressed by the way we were treated in the sales process and the consideration exhibited in the professionalism of the installation of the system. The customer service had been impeccable, with every care taken to insure that we are satisfied with the Hague Water System. It is nice to know that we are not forgotten customers, once the Hague System was installed.
Equally as important is the system itself. It is very quiet and unlike the rented: system we had, we have not noticed when the system is on and conditioning the water. The quality of the water has been excellent. We especially love the reverse osmosis system. It has saved us time, as we no longer need to go out and fill jugs of water from a commercial reverse osmosis system and haul it home. We no longer, worry about whether we have enough drinking water, as the convenience of having an endless supply of drinking water at our fingertips is great. Recently you came to my home to present your product, the Hague Quality Water System. I was extremely impressed by the demonstration you gave which showed me how the quality of my water could be improved by your system. My husband was not present and was skeptical about the system until he drank the water, felt the softness of the water, and saw the results on our plumbing from the new water system. He is now convinced that this is the best system he has ever seen!
Within days of the Hague Water System being installed in our home, I noticed how soft my skin felt. Yearly I experience an extreme case of dry skill during the Fall, but this year I did not. I attribute this to our new water system.
Another thing I noticed was that there was no longer a chemical smell in the shower. The water system removes chemicals, and I now believe the water I drink and the water I use to bathe are both pure.

I promised I would write you a letter to let you know what we thought about our new Hague Water System, sorry this letter is long overdue !
We have noticed a definite difference in the quality of the water ! I used to purchase about four 2.5gallon containers a week of distilled water for our family to drink at a cost of about $10.00 a week ! I sampled the water from our existing R/O system after you installed The Hague Water System, I could not tell the difference between that and the distilled water I was buying ! I don't buy water anymore...
Our teenage daughter has had skin problems from birth, lately she was experiencing patches of dry skin on her face. Since The Hague System was installed she has not complained of any dry skin !
We do a lot of laundry and dish washing in our household consisting of three adults, and three teenagers. I still have a hard time training myself to only use 1 oz. of laundry soap, and 1 teaspoon of dishwasher soap. It is truely amazing that such a small amount really does get the same results as the "Cup" of soap I used to use. I am still using the same bar of bath soap that we used when you showed us
the difference in your initial presentation on February 2nd. 2000. It is now 3 months later and I probably won't break open the first case of your Oatmeal Soap Bars for another 2-3 more months! So many salespeople promise us anything to make a sale like, "It will save you money", we never really get any trackable or noticeable savings as a result of that sale... It is quite refreshing to finally find Richard, the one who does deliver on his promises.

Well, it has been a couple of months since we had our Watermax 63BEQ water softener and the 13E3500 WO system installed and I must say that the system is even better than we had anticipated! Our family of five are truly enjoying the soft water (especially showering), and very much the great tasting water which we are getting from the RIO system.
A little history, As you know, we live in Nipomo and the water here is and always has been ATROCIOUS!! The hardness, the occasional smell of sulfur (depending upon which well the water was corning from), and the taste if you dared put it in your mouth all made the case for bottled water at least for drinking and cooking. We were spending about $60.00 a month just for bottled water for those very purposes. What a hassle! Stopping by the store, loading the 2 gallon oontainers into the cart then out of the cart and into the car, then home and out of the car and into the house.
As you know, we were using a local softener company for years. Once a month they would come out and change the cylinder with a new one. The first few days after that cylinder was installed, showering was just great. Felt like you couldn't get all of the soap off of you, and the skin felt very supple. However, after about 5 days that all stopped and it was back to hard water. Of course, we only thought it was that way. Upon your visit we found out we were right. We were only getting about 5-7 days worth of soft water after each change That left 23-25 days per month that we were still in the hard water business. What an extreme waste of money that was!
Then you came along, showed us the Hague Water System and walla...... soft water For showering and great tasting drinking 24 hours a day. What a change and what an investment. We now take just about the same amount of money we were paying monthly for the bottled water and the softener company and are purchasing this wonderful system. Everything about this system is great. Soft water for showering (and the dishes never looked better!), no hassle drinkinWcooking water, and a system that we can take with us should we ever decide to sell.

We want to express our thanks for the wonderful water system. Our water as you know was fairly hard and had a funny taste that I always attributed to the dead lizards in the tank along with a variety of other critters. I drink a lot of water and the R. 0. system never goes dry even when Patrick fills up his huge jug to take out on the tractor all day. I also fill the animal dishes with R. 0. water so they get the good stuff too.
It is so nice to go to the store and not have to haul those heavy water containers out to the car. I am really enjoying all of the other benefits of soft water too. My scalp no longer itches like crazy, my clothes look cleaner and of course bathes are really a pleasure. We love the soap products you gave us too.
I want to commend the installers on their troubleshooting abilities; they really had a job here with these thick adobe walls that go all the way to the ground. I really was worried for a bit that they wouldn't be able to run the lines and we wouldn't be able to run the electrical. But they figured it all out and were so professional and very good about explaining everything. They really are a great bunch of guys.

We have had our water treatment equipment installed for about a month now and are really pleased with its performance. The drinks made with the treated water taste so much better with only the taste of the added ingredients affecting the flavor.
Even our dog eats his food mixed with water with what could be called more enjoyment.
I guess calling it treated is not really accurate as the equipment actually removes things that have been added to the water to treat it so that it is usable to the general public and your equipment de-treats it.
When washing, bathing or shampooing the results are far superior to the old hard water feel. Just knowing all the scum is not left on the body is pleasing. The shower walls and tubs stay clean without all the elbow grease usually required to clean the scum.
With our advancing age it is important what is put in the body and I know that there are now not a lot of chemicals being introduced.
When washing clothes or dishes there is no need for all the softeners which may be a large part of the cost of the soaps used in the clothes and dish washers. The clothes come out softer and the dishes still sparkle.
I like to keep my cars clean and it is not as much work now that I wash with softer water. I don't have to immediately towel off the cars before the water dries and leaves chemical stains on the body and windows.

As a follow-up to our agreement, I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our Hauge system 1 month later. Since we have had water softeners in our homes the past 15 years, I really did not expect much change that what we were use to. I was pleasantly surprised to find my hair silkier after washing! All those years of frizzies!
I believe the other major difference is what we found in our laundry. As I had told you, Mark experiences rashes from most laundry detergents, and we found we could only use Arm & Hammer to prevent this problem. We cautiously tested the laundry soap provided by Hauge, and are pleased to tell you that not only has he had only 1 experience of irritation, but also the plus is that our clothes and towels appear to be much softer! I guess all that soap is finally washing out!

At last we are settled into our new home! We are so glad that we made the decision to invest in the Hague WaterMAX water system and the Hague Reverse Osmosis Appliance. Having all new household appliances, new shower tile, sinks & bath fixtures is a dream come true. We feel that the WaterMAX system will keep all of the new appliances running more smoothly, for a longer period of time.
When we first began our search for "soft" water we were a bit confused by all the different systems on the market. We had always had the exchange type water softener but decided we wanted our own system so that our water would not go from soft to hard in a cyclic fashion....get the exchange tank...soft water. About 2 1/2 weeks into that tank the water started to feel "tacky" during showering. By the time the tank was to be exchanged we were really noticing the "hardness" of the water when soap & shampoo did not lather.
Living in our temporary mobile home during construction of the house allowed us to try a water softener by Culligan. We "leased to buy" the unit and we are sure glad we did!! Our experience was that we now had our "own" system (not the exchange tank) but we were disappointed that the water still did not have the consistency of softness that we had hoped for. We had the service people out numerous times but still the water was not consistent. Not wanting to spend that much money on "so-so" water we began to look at other options.
Because we were building a home we went to the Home & Garden Shows at the Paso Robles fair grounds many times. We saw the Hague system there first. We were able to do a "side by side" comparison of the Culligan system we were leasing & the WaterMAX system. Seeing all the different filters & materials that the Hague system had got us thinking about our water in a different way. Perhaps we did not just want soft water, but rather a system that truly FILTERS the water coming into our home.
Our cabinet contractor came out to the construction site a few days later and we got to talking. He was so excited as he was having the Hague Water system installed in his home that day. He could not say enough good things about it. I checked with him each time I saw him to see if his satisfaction continued. Always the answer was yes, and his water was so much more than he had expected.
We put a call in to you and arranged for an analysis of our water. What we did not tell you at the beginning was that we did have "soft" water with the Culligan system. When you tested our water it confirmed what we thought...the water was not really very "soft" at all. More importantly, we got to see all the impurities that were in the water! That really sold us on the Hague system!!
We did not intend to get the Reverse Osmosis Appliance at first as we did not want to lose the space under the kitchen cabinet. And I (Cindy) was not totally convinced that the water would be something I could drink. For years I had been drinking purified bottled water as MY system is very particular that way. The design of our home allowed the Reverse Osmosis to be installed under the house. That was a plus and after seeing all the information we decided to go ahead with the Reverse Osmosis as well. The other plus was that now I could even have ice cubes!!! With the system hooked up to the refrigerator I could finally enjoy cold drinks. I am truly amazed that I can drink "city" water after is goes through the Hague system & Reverse Osmosis!! NO MORE BOTTLES of water!!! No more trips "around the corner" to my bottled water...I can get my water right at the sink! Pretty exciting for someone who has not been able to do that for YEARS!!
Getting the Hague system into our new home was so easy!! Paul, whom we have known for years, did the installation. He is very conscientious, polite and does whatever it takes to get the job done correctly. I know our installation was a bit more time consuming than first thought, but Paul just spent the time it took to do the job to perfection. We could not recommend him more highly.
We are enjoying the soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent that came with our Hague system! We do not anticipate having to buy any of those items for quite some time! With our filtered soft water a tiny bit goes a LONG way! Oh, almost forgot... no more pink mold growing on all of the faucets, in the tub or in the shower!!
We have been pleased with the quick response to any questions or concerns that came up as we began using the system. Our calls were returned promptly and a few minor adjustments made on the same day. That is customer service!!
All in all we are so happy that we chose the Hague WaterMAX system AND the Hague Reverse Osmosis Appliance for ourselves and for our new home. We have soft water all day, everyday. We wanted to take a moment to let you know how much our family LOVES the new Hague water filtration and reverse osmosis system you installed. Wonderful, clean and refreshing is how I'd describe the water now coming from our kitchen faucet with the reverse osmosis system. It sure beats the bottled water we used to buy each week!
Danita really likes the way her dry, tired skin feels smooth and silky now straight from the shower without all the lotions she used to use to get that same feeling. Her hair feels softer and more manageable too.
On a recent trip to Hawaii, Scott noticed how hard the water was and how dry it made his skin even using his own soap (instead of the kind the hotel provided) He couldn't wait to get home to the filtered water!
The shampoo and soaps from Hague are great too. Although we weren't expecting to be impressed by them, they have exceeded our expectations and now we like them more than the previous name-brands we were using.
The kids love taking bubble baths because the bubbles last so much longer and are much foamier now! It's much easier to get them into the tub to get them clean because they enjoy the feeling too, even though they don't realize it has to do with the cleaner water.

We just wanted to thank you and let you know how very happy we are with our Hague Water Max System and the RIO unit drinking water system we recently had installed.
In January, my husband Robert and my two youngest kids went to the Santa Barbara Home Show. There they met Richard, educating people about the additives in our drinking water and the benefits of your softener/cleaner system. We had a R/O unit for better tasting drinking water and to remove water contaminants. We thought our drinking water was clean. Robert asked for a home analysis.
On January 28, 2005, Brian Flannigan came to our house and tested our water. We were surprised to see that the chlorine levels were close to that of a swimming pool! Our water hardness was almost twice the normal limit, and the total dissolved solids were a disgusting 408 ppm! YUCKI. And our R/0 unit wasn't much better. Brian was very nice and allowed our kids to help with the testing, they enjoyed it very much. Our 10 year old son Jeremy asked if he could stop drinking water because he was "grossed out" by the scientific evidence of the impurities in our water. As were we all. But we were still not sure, we had other "vendors" slated for demonstrations. Brian explained that the other "vendors" softeners did not remove impurities like the Hague Water Max System, but if we just wanted a water softener he could show us the benefits of Hague's Water Softener v.s. other's equipment. I have been dragging my feet about a water softener because of what I term "the slimy factor" I have always associated with "soft" water. Brian explained that the advantage of the Hague Water Max System was adjustability, enabling us to add a few grains of hardness to the water to our preference. That along with water purity; how could we not? I was sold!
February 1st was installation dayl Paul from Hague Water Systems arrived, a very nice, friendly man who knows his job! After finishing the installation and making sure I understood everything, he left with a smile, leaving behind our home as clean as he found it; with improved plumbing in our garage and a beautiful neat installation. Paul even placed the R/0 unit in the garage above the house system as we requested, instead of under the sink, freeing up space in the house. Paul also explained that he hooked up our refrigerator directly to the R/O unit so we no longer needed a filter for the refrigerator.
As a nurse and a mother of a child with allergies and chronic severe asthma, it is comforting for me to know that our water is now truly clean. Now when I bathe my daughter, her lungs will not be irritated by the vapors of the chemical additives and impurities in our water, nor will she be subjected to the dissolved solids and chemicals that before, were being absorbed through her skin!

I am writing to let you know how very pleased we are with our new Hague WaterMax system.
When we moved here several months ago, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of water coming out of our taps. When I say "extremely", that's putting it mildly. Our water was exceptionally hard, smelled dirty, tasted horrible, and was very harsh on our skin--my skin in particular. as I have a problem with exema. Our dishes came out of the dishwasher looking cloudy and full of hard water stains, and there was a perpetual film all over our silverware.
Since we've had our Hague water system, we've all noticed a huge change in the quality of our water. It has virtually no smell and tastes wonderful. Our hair and skin feels softer after showering, and I use way less lotion on my skin than I used to need. We've noticed a significant difference in the amount of soap we need to use for our laundry, the dishwasher, hand-washing dishes, and even shampoo. and hand soap. We know we are saving a lot of money in this regard. Our dishes are coming out of the dishwasher looking much better. By the way, before I forget to tell you. we love all of the cleaning products that came with our system
Housecleaning has become easier. too. especially in the bathrooms. My cleaning girl even remarked how much easier it is for her to clean the glass shower doors now that they are not covered with major hard water spots.
One of the biggest pluses in having our Hague system is the peace of mind we have knowing that we have done our very best for our family. When I think of the dirty, contaminated water we were ingesting and using to "clean- our skin before, it makes me almost ill. Now we know we have clean, pure, SAFE, quality water! Since we had the system installed we've been away from home a few times on short trips. That's when we are reminded why we purchased this system. Hard water and chlorine cause problems for hair, skin and scalp. Soap residue doesn't rinse off well in hard water, and the chlorine causes dry, itchy skin. We're always glad to get back home to our good water that's free from chlorine.
We are using a lot less soap, conditioner and moisturizers, and we have noticed a difference in the appearance and feel of clothes and towels. Fabric softeners are not needed. And there is no longer any strong chlorine smell in the shower! We also like the fact that the shower and tub are easier to clean with less soap scum and no hard water spots.
The reverse osmosis drinking water tastes great; we're no longer buying bottled water. The installer did a very good job and took the time to explain the system operation and he answered our questions. He also plumbed the RO water to the refrigerator and the ice maker. We appreciate the quality of the product and the professional service.

I had been looking into purchasing a water softener for a while when I spotted the little Hague sign on the corner of one of your previous customer's property. At the time, I did not know anything about Hague. When I called your office and you offered to come test our water and discuss you treatment system for free. Being ever leery of salesmen I was ready for a big sales pitch and distorted facts. I was very surprised by the lack of the big sales pitch and no pressure. I appreciate all the information you gave us and the time you spent explaining the package to us.
I was very surprised to find out that the Hague Water Max removed the chlorine in addition to softening the water. To think your system did everything the other water softening system did and more. The right choice was a no brainer. We have been in our house for 3 years and in that time the hard water has ruined all of our glassware and a new dishwasher. Now that we have your water system, the glassware always comes out sparkling, and with so little detergent, too. I am still amazed at how long it now takes to go through a little bar of bath soap. I even get a much better lather.
My wife's big test was to compare the taste of the water from our old RO unit to the new RO unit. Was she ever impressed! Recently, we went over to a friends' house and she had a glass of water. She had always wanted our water to taste as good as that of our friends. She told me after we got home that their water did not taste as good as ours now. She did not realize how spoiled she had become over the last month.
I would like to say how great it was to have Paul install the water system. He was friendly, informative, and did an outstanding job! Everything he worked on was done professionally and looked neat and clean. He was more than happy to work around some of our plumbing problems. He even left extra stubs on the pipes to make it easier some plumbing I will do later.

We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our RO system.
When we moved to Atascadero sixteen years ago, we immediately purchased a Culligan water softener unit. Though we have not had any problems with the unit and enjoy the soft water for bathing and laundry, we did not like the taste. Consequently, two or three times a month (more in hot weather), we would haul our three two-gallon water bottles to the SLO Pure Drinking Water store. A chore neither of us particularly enjoyed.
When we saw your display at the Paso Home Show last summer, you gave a very convincing demonstration of your product and we set up an appointment for you to come to our home. That demo was even better than the one at the home show! You showed us the quality of our water and convinced us that we wanted to invest in a Hague Quality Water system. It has been a little over a year since we had the Hague WaterMax system and the Hague drinking water system installed in our home. When we bought our house in Atascadero, we were shocked at the hardness of the water. We had never lived with such "yucky" water before. Richard, your demonstration only confirmed what we were already tasting and feeling in our city water.
Needless to say, we are thrilled with our water now! We WANT to drink water now. We feel clean after getting out of the shower, as we should! And we especially feel peace of mind knowing that our children are drinking clean water and are not being exposed to chlorine and other chemicals in their daily baths.
The service and installation were very professional. The plumber was willing to do whatever it took to get the system installed correctly, and in a location that best suited the layout of our house.

Thank you for over coming our reservations and convincing us that Hague Water Max system is for us. The installers were very professional and were great at working around our busy traveling schedule. The skill with which the installers were able to install the equipment in a small space is testament to their training. And the best part-they cleaned everything up after the job was done.
The water system has been in operation for 3 months now and we are enjoying the clean soft water. We were having problems with itchy skin and scalp. These problems have cleared up now that the chlorine is being removed from the water.
We also had a Reverse Osmosis system installed. Now we have gotten rid of our Brita water pitcher and the water is better than ever.
We are very happy with Hague Water Max system and the quality of the water it provides us. I recommend it to any one who is having water quality problems.

Last September you installed a Hague water conditioner and filtration system for our home here in Atascadero. I have to tell you, WE LOVE IT!
We are here on a well and the water was very hard, not to mention filled with all sorts of particulates. Both Bill and I were very skeptical and as you know it took a lot of convincing on your part to show us the benefits of installing the system. We are happy that you took the time to show us how the system could be a benefit to us, our health and our plumbing. Everything you explained to us works 100%. The water filtration system works better then we could even imagine and we no longer are changing filters every two weeks.

We just wanted to thank you and let you know how very happy we are with our Hague Water Max System and the R/O unit drinking water system we recently had installed.
In January, my husband Robert and my two youngest kids went to the Santa Barbara Home Show. There they met Richard, educating people about the additives in our drinking water and the benefits of your softener/cleaner system. We had a R/O unit for better tasting drinking water and to remove water contaminants. We thought our drinking water was clean. Robert asked for a home analysis.
On January 28, 2005, Brian Flannigan came to our house and tested our water. We were surprised to see that the chlorine levels were close to that of a swimming pool! Our water hardness was almost twice the normal limit, and the total dissolved solids were a disgusting 408 ppm! YUCK!. And our R/O unit wasn't much better. Brian was very nice and allowed our kids to help with the testing, they enjoyed it very much. Our 10 year old son Jeremy asked if he could stop drinking water because he was "grossed out" by the scientific evidence of the impurities in our water. As were we all. But we were still not sure, we had other "vendors" slated for demonstrations. Brian explained that the other "vendors" softeners did not remove impurities like the Hague Water Max System, but if we just wanted a water softener he could show us the benefits of Hague's Water Softener v.s. other's equipment. I have been dragging my feet about a water softener because of what I term "the slimy factor" I have always associated with "soft" water. Brian explained that the advantage of the Hague Water Max System was adjustabiliiy, enabling us to add a few grains of hardness to the water to our preference. That along with water purify; how could we not? I was sold!
February 1st was installation dayl Paul from Hague Water Systems arrived, a very nice, friendly man who knows his job! After finishing the installation and making sure I understood everything, he left with a smile, leaving behind our home as clean as he found it; with improved plumbing in our garage and a beautiful neat installation. Paul even placed the R/0 unit in the garage above the house system as we requested, instead of under the sink, freeing up space in the house. Paul also explained that he hooked up our refrigerator directly to the RIO unit so we no longer needed a filter for the refrigerator.
As a nurse and a mother of a child with allergies and chronic severe asthma, it is comforting for me to know that our water is now truly clean. Now when I bathe my daughter, her lungs will not be irritated by the vapors of the chemical additives and impurities in our water, nor will she be subjected to the dissolved solids and chemicals that before, were being absorbed through her skin!
The stellar customer service and obvious care and concern for our families needs by the Hague Quality Water Family, has made this experience one we will use and remember daily. We have already shared with family, friends and co-workers, the benefits of the clean water our new Hague Water Max System provides. In a world full of contaminates in our air, water, and food; we can think of no better step a person can take to decrease the risks to their health and increase their quality of life for themselves and their family than installing a Hague Quality Water System.

Dear Hague Quality Water,
It has been nearly 4 months since our Hague water softener was installed and we're extremely satisfied with our purchase. The difference is tremendous. We couldn't stand to drink our tap water and we used to have such hard water that we were constantly scrubbing our kitchen and bathrooms to keep up. Now we use only a fraction of the soap or detergent and get even better results. In fact, we've even had friends ask to fill up their own water jugs from our kitchen so they can enjoy a few glasses without the unpleasant taste they experience at home.
We also noticed a remarkable difference in our clothing. Colors were brighter and our clothes didn't look worn after a couple washings — they felt better when we wore them! My wife and I have dry skin and we noticed a wonderful difference in how our skin and hair felt. I'll never be without treated water again and financially, have no doubt that it actually saves us money.
We're a very busy family and also love the lack of maintenance involved. It is the only "top of the line" model we could find anywhere on the market and it is truly phenomenal. It's so quiet and self-sufficient that most of the time we don't even realize it's running.

Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoy our water filtering and purification systems. We learned about this from a cold call at our door one day. We were not really in the market at the time but had been considering a water softener for a while, living in Cambria. I believe the cold call came from George (last name forgotten). He was very pleasant and described the testing process and that it would take about an hour.
Dan Middleditch and George came a week later (in November) for the testing process and explanation of your product. After much talk, mostly by Dan, we decided to purchase a pretty elaborate system for much more money than I ever expected to pay for clean, healthy drinking water. But we did this with the confidence that your product will perform as described for years to come. The five-stage purification system gives us great tasting /and clean/ water, and the filtration system soft,
filtered water for laundry, heigene, dishes and a great reduction of
scale buildup. Installation was done by Paul who was great and took care that the installation met our needs for under-counter space and
outdoor location.
Dan has an impressive knowledge of the product line as well as water chemistry. More than we understood and cared to hear about but it made the sale and he helped us understand the filth we've been consuming and how we could benefit from the products. His visit with us was close to four hours and I strongly suggest he try and keep it to a minimum. But I contribute this to his enthusiasm and intelligence of the product line
and his eagerness to educate the customer and hopefully make a sale in which he was succesful. It was nice to receive a return visit from him and see the results of our equipment as demonstrated with his chemistry set. We proudly displayed your sign in our front yard for three months and have your sticker in our front window. This is a product we gladly

My husband and I have always been water drinkers (filtered or bottled) but have had a tough time getting our 3 kids to do so. I think that I drink at least twice as much and the kids don't complain now that we have an "RO" system.
Besides drinking great water, we also went with the soft water as well. My oldest has had eczema for 6 years and since we had the system installed, not one outbreak.
At first, we were concerned about the cost but now feel that it was worth every penny. We made a GREAT investment.

We would like to take a moment to complement you on your quality equipment. The result of our commitment to you and your commitment to provide a quality system has provided us with a top-notch water system. We have owned other water softeners and drinking water systems from Sears and Richetti. Yours by far is top quality. The instillation was easy even though it was rough on the installer. We are pleased.
We have noticed changes in the shower, the dishwasher, and the laundry. In the shower we have soft moist skin and no hard water buildup on the tile. In the dishwasher the glasses are clear and no longer cloudy. We were noticing calcium build up on our brand new dish that was very discouraging. It has completely disappeared. And finally the laundry is light and fluffy again.
Most of all the drinking water tastes good and there is no longer a need to have bottled water around the house.

Ingrid and I were initially introduced to your product at the Paso Robles Home Show a few months ago. We came upon your booth and met Helene (?) who was instantly very personable and very helpful with questions. Since we have a (nearly new) water softener, we were more interested in the reverse osmosis system. We agreed to sign up to have one of your representatives test our water and talk to us about your "R.O." system. I was a little reluctant at first because I am always irritated by high pressure sales individuals, and I didn't want to be subjected to that. In fact I almost cancelled the appointment, but a few days prior to our scheduled appointment a nice woman from your company called to confirm. She said that the original gentleman who was supposed to come by had other commitments and that someone else would be by instead. She went on to tell me that she remembered Ingrid and me, and that it was a pleasure spending time chaffing with us at the home show. That follow up changed my mind into keeping the scheduled appointment. That phone call demonstrated excellent customer service. Something one doesn't see much of, if at all, from big busidess companies.
I have been interested in a reverse osmosis system for a long time but just never took the time to do the research about what the "R.O." system does, not to mention how much it costs. All I had heard from people and friends who had filtration systems in their homes were complaints about changing filters every one to three months, and the cost of each filter. Needless to say I was a bit discouraged by their statements. Ingrid didn't have any issues with the tap water in our home. However we had used the Britta filters that accompanied their water pitcher, and we'd spend nearly $40 for each filter that we had to change every six months in our refrigerator. All in all who knows how much we spent yearly just for filters for drinking water between the Britta and Kenmore. I must add that even though we attempted to filter the water. I personally still couldn't stand the taste of the filtered water. Maybe I just have a sensitive palette but I continued to buy bottled water, and very specific bottled water at that Not all bottled water tastes good. In my mind I suppose I figure that if the water doesn't taste good it's not good to drink. That in itself brings about a gamut of other issues relating to water of which I don't need to tell you about. The bottom line is that we figured we were spending about $30 a month on bottled water, and roughly $50 a month on "Sparkling Mineral Water- - a small fortune.
Dan Middleditch was the gentleman who came to test our water and talk to us about your product. He was aware that we were only interested in the reverse osmosis system and spoke directly to that, but during the course of our conversation we discussed our water softener. Dan was able to explain how it operates, what the numbers on the face of the machine meant, as well as answer numerous questions we had. Dan was very professional and very knowledgeable about your product, as well as the company owned business, locally and overall. We felt very comfortable having him in our home as he has a laid back personality while being personable at the same time. He didn't have to work at selling your product. His demonstration, knowledge, and water testing sold the product itself.
After tasting the water from an "R.O." system that Dan brought with him I realized that 'his' water tasted even better than the bottled water we had been purchasing. Well except for maybe the sparkling mineral water that we were buying. What can I say - we just like sparkling mineral water. We ended up purchasing the H3500 model reverse osmosis system. With the eventual construction of the Nacimiento Water Pipeline, we both have growing concerns with the future quality of the water that we will be getting from the City of Paso Robles. We were comforted in knowing that this particular system will eliminate hazardous contaminants. The same hazardous contami i ales that continue to rise in the annual water reports that we receive from the City of Paso Robles.

I would be remiss if I didn't also mention Greg who installed our system. What a nice man. He came in and went about his business efficiently, including cleaning up as he progressed with the install. He spoke very highly of your company and how much he enjoys working with everyone. Even though he mentioned that he really likes his job, we could tell that he enjoys what he does.
It has been almost three weeks since our reverse osmosis system was installed. Ingrid and I are extremely happy with it. I fmd myself actually finishing a glass of water, because it tastes so good, instead of dumping the rest down the drain. We are also pleased to see crystal clear ice cubes at the bottom of our glass instead of white water deposits left by regular (filtered) tap water ice cubes.
Dan will be following up with us tomorrow to test our water and see how things are going with the system. As part of our deal in purchasing this system (at a reduced rate) we were asked to write this letter. We are so happy with the water quality from the system that we purchased, we would have written this letter anyhow. We tell our friends how much we enjoy our water, and what a difference in the taste. If nothing else the reassurance that we are no longer drinking water with contaminates in it. I feel healthier just knowing that! I have even felt guilty filling up an old Dasani water bottle with our new water system. I can't wait to get the Hague water bottles in order to carry more water, but moreover to be able to brag about MY water that has "Hague Quality Water" on the container.
We have been happy doing business with a company that is family and locally owned who backs up and guarantees their product. It's also nice knowing that the Hague Company is in the USA and not in some foreign country. Most of all and foremost, we appreciate the customer service that your company excels in, as well as the no pressure sales approach that Dan exhibited. We will certainly be coming back to you, when our current water softener goes bad, to upgrade to your Hague WaterMax system.
